Terms & Conditions
Products are for external use only. Results vary and a patch test is required. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. RUFFL brand names, content and visuals are protected. Naturally derived ingredients may create minor scent, colour or texture variations. Indian law applies, with Bengaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available across India. Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Tracking is sent by email or SMS. For damaged packages, email care@rufflbeauty.com within 24 hours with photos and an uninterrupted unpacking video.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products with the seal intact, requested within 24 hours. Exchanges are limited to damaged or incorrect items and require an uninterrupted unboxing video. Approved refunds take 5–7 business days. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
